Digital templates are delivered as downloadable files. Because files can be copied after download, refunds are handled conservatively and reviewed case by case.

Refund Window

Contact us within 7 days of purchase if the download link fails, the file is corrupted, or the delivered files materially differ from the product description.

Not Covered

Templates do not guarantee savings, revenue, approval, rankings, vendor decisions, tax outcomes, legal outcomes, or business results. Disappointment with a business outcome is not treated as a product defect.
