- Save the checkout receipt from Stripe, Ko-fi, Gumroad, or the active provider.
- For digital templates, download the file from the checkout provider. If delivery fails, open a paid support request.
- For buyer research services, open a paid support request with only non-sensitive scope details and the receipt id.
- For sponsor packages, open a sponsor support request with the merchant URL, target category, and disclosure notes. Sponsorship never buys rankings, clicks, traffic, sales, or review tone.
